For over 25 years, serving as a veteran and during my time in public service, I led global teams, navigated high-stakes decisions, and guided organizations through change. Along the way, I learned something important: the most meaningful work wasn't about my titles or achievements. It was about the moments when someone walked away clearer, more confident, and ready to move forward.

Those moments happened in mentoring sessions, hallway conversations, and the quiet work of helping people see what they couldn't see on their own. I realized I wasn't just good at leadership—I was energized by helping others discover their own path.

The Transition I Didn't Expect

Like many veterans, I thought I'd found my place in public service. The mission mattered. The people were exceptional. I was successful by every measure. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was good at what I did—but it no longer lit me up.

When I faced my own career transition, I had to ask: What am I really meant to do? What would work that actually energizes me look like?

That journey changed everything. And it showed me exactly what I wanted to do next.

Why I Do This Work

I made a shift. Instead of leading teams, I started coaching individuals. Instead of organizational strategy, I focused on personal clarity.

I know what it's like to feel stuck in work you've outgrown - knowing you're meant for something more. I know the courage it takes to admit you want something different.
