How do I know which package is right for me?

Start with a free Compass Call! We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and timeline to recommend the best fit. Single sessions work great for specific issues; monthly partnerships are ideal for ongoing growth; and the Transformation Package is perfect for major life transitions or deep purpose work.

Are sessions virtual or in-person?

All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or phone—your choice! This gives you flexibility to coaching from wherever you're comfortable.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require 48 hours notice for a full refund or reschedule. With 24-48 hours notice, you'll receive a 50% refund or full credit. Less than 24 hours notice receives credit only (one-time courtesy). We understand emergencies happen—medical emergencies and family crises are handled with compassion on a case-by-case basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (via Stripe), Zelle, and PayPal. Monthly packages can be set up for automatic billing for your convenience.

How does the Discovery Session credit work?

When you book a Discovery Session for $75, if you decide to commit to any coaching package (Weekly or Transformation) within 7 days, the full $75 is credited toward your package investment. It's a risk-free way to experience coaching before making a larger commitment.

What's included in "email support"?

Monthly package clients get email support (2-3 exchanges per week) with 48-hour response times. Transformation Package clients get unlimited email support with 24-hour response times on business days. This is for quick questions, sharing insights, or staying accountable between sessions—not therapy or crisis support.

Do you help with resumes, LinkedIn, or interview prep?

Our focus is on root-cause work—getting to the heart of what's holding you back and where you want to go. We help you find clarity, make confident decisions, and discover your purpose. For tactical services like resume writing or interview prep, we can provide referrals to trusted professionals.

What about the referral bonus?

When you refer a friend who books a coaching package, you both receive a $50 credit toward your next session! There's no limit on referrals—it's our way of thanking you for trusting us with the people you care about.
